Pre-Incubation Stage
Pre-incubation stage plays a crucial role in launching successful start-ups. It focuses on validation of start-ups ideas which are yet to be incorporated. At this stage, entrepreneurs may change their business idea or confine within the original plan based on the feasibility of the product/service and its market viability.
During this stage, entrepreneurs will receive general training, mentoring and consultancy services to understand whether their product/services are viable, commercially viable, scalable, etc.
NAGABOTS Incubation Stage
Start-ups selected enter the Incubation stage where they receive Extensive Support, Supervision, Resources, Network and Mentorship from the program. This stage typically involves a structured program with a defined duration. During incubation, start-ups work on developing their products or services, refining their business models, and building a viable market strategy.
The incubation period shall be typically 18 months from the date of acceptance into the incubation Centre. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis, subject to evaluation and progress. The incubation period of 18 months shall be divided into the following stages:
